Jilly was an absolute legend. My mother and grandmother thrust Jilly into my life the summer I was 14 (maybe a wee bit too young?) - they were probably sick of seeing my Sweet Valley Twins around the house. Jilly taught me a lot (and I would imagine, most of us who read her works at a young age were educated in ways we couldn't have imagined), and she continues to be a favourite. Thanks for sharing your memories of a fantastic woman.
What a fabulous interview and tribute. Your comment about those houses suffused with love and Jilly reaching out to hold your hand was incredibly moving x
What a perfect tribute to a wonderful woman ♥️

Oh this is absolutely marvelous. Especially the denial of writing the batting the bread roll. Love this so much Jojo xo
Just watched the interview with my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed it❣️ Well done Jojo! 👏 😍

Sounds like a delightful and perfectly fitting tribute. I am looking forward to watching the interview.
You handled that interview superbly! It was evident how much respect and love the two of you had for each other. A lovely tribute to dear Jilly 🥰🌸
I'd give anything to meet Joanna Lumley.
Then you did her proud Jojo! 🤗🤣
Rutshire won't be the same without her... 🥂
